We bought a pair of recliners through ******************* back in May of this year (2024). Four months later the ******** that supports the front of the seat broke in half. We contacted the retailer and was told "It was not broken when it was delivered, not covered under the waranty." After looking at the ******** discovered it was a cheap piece of plywood cut AGAINST the grain. You could snap this with one hand. Couch is sagging and wrinkled after two weeks! Omnia will not honor their warranty. Buyer beware!

Does not stand by their product. I paid $10,000 for a couch. The cushions are already sinking after 6 months. The company refuses to refill the cushions with something sturdier. Or even replace it with anything for that matter. Would not recommend to anyone.

I waited for years to purchase a new leather sectional only to be hugely disappointed. My sectional is 2 years old....sagging seats and seat backs. I would never have thought for what I paid for this furniture that I would be experiencing the issues that I am. I wrote an email to Omnia a year ago with no response. No communication from the store I bought it at to help me with a warranty claim and no communication from Omnia. My 20 year old Lazy-boy furniture may have been manufactured in China however, it lasted me 20 years.... read more

Omnia leather furniture is a complete waste of money. I paid over $5,000 for my sofa, and in less than two years 3 buttons have popped off. Omnia has a terrible warranty, and only covers repairs for one year. I’m so sorry I ever purchased this sofa. Incidentally, only one average-sized person lives in the household and uses the sofa. What an abysmal disappointment.
