I am so happy to have found Jose (PT) and Michele (trainer). My main goals were to rehab my shoulder and get back into a strength training plan. They both provide excellent care with a great attitude. I had significantly increased range of motion after the very first session and am continuing to get stronger. They are great motivators and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Jose and his team are incredible professionals with a range of services for athletes, kids, and in-between. Highly recommended!
Just had a wonderful massage with Mel at Omni in Fairfax, VA. She is amazing at finding the knots in my muscles and working to loosen them for immediate relief! Thank you so much! I have also done Kin-stretch with Omni in Fairfax, Va. Jose is awesome at guiding the kin-stretch class to make sure everyone is aligning their body properly in order to gain the maximum benefit from the stretches! I’ve gone to Jose for a few things and seriously no one knows this stuff better than he does! I’ve had some struggles following a hip surgery that I got two years ago and Jose is the only person I’ve been to that has been able to relieve pain and give me excercises specific to my situation that actually help. He is also very friendly and takes time to understand his clients situations to curate a plan to help them long term. He is seriously the best!
