Jose knows his stuff. He explained to me what is causing my SI joint pain. It's lack of strength in ball joints not lack of flexibility so we workedon that.

I’ve gone to see Jose for various injuries and pain over the past 10 years. Each session is super personalized and his treatment and assessments take a holistic approach. His therapy doesn’t just make me feel better after the session, but it treats the root muscle strength and I go home with exercises that lead to full recovery. He explains how things work so that I can fully understand the problem and ways to work towards recovery. I can’t recommend this enough
