I was going to sign up and get the process started. I dealt with Clayton Davis and had a horrible experience. Clayton got annoyed when I asked him to pause on paying and moving forward because I am trying to get back on my feet after losing my job. I tried to speak with him regarding the reservations I had and he gaslighted me and appeared to lose all patience and started arguing with me. He told me he wasn’t a therapist and then said goodbye and hung up on me. Horrible experience and no client should be treated this way.
They take my w2 and my information they said if there’s issues they will contact I pay 200 Laura was supposed to call me back se never did . When I call her this morning we talk and I said I want my 200 dollar back I don’t want to continue the tax until I can fix the problem the manager call me and tell me they can’t give me my 200 back cause the job done but I didn’t sign no paper work and if your found a issue why you didn’t call me before completely the w2 I won’t never drop my w2 to no tax company then talking about they... read more
