I spent thousand of dollars over the years and Mary-Hannah Nestor and her team did next to nothing. Best advise would be stay away. I got one time Tax penalty abatement for $7800, but I paid them them 4 times that amount to get that break that was being offered by I.R.S anyways. When I request a detailed statement, for the last 12k I paid them, I was told by Mary-Hannah Nestor, those files were lost due to storm and they weren't able to provide detailed information, and wanted additional 8k to continue, I would have been in ... read more
I used to work here and I was so happy on the extremely rare occasions I was able to help a client. I lost faith in the company when I overhead my direct supervisor complaining to her boss that she couldn’t find a convincing reason to update a client’s contract and collect another $3000 retainer because their case was already resolved and on a payment plan. The culture of this company is wildly toxic and predatory. Do not trust them.
