Very unprofessional, they charge you whatever they feel like one year $100 the next $300 the one after $600 they basically say whatever number they feel like and all over the place. Very hard to get in touch with them and they never respond to emails or calls. God forbid you need them to fix or add something after the initial filing they will try to hassle you again to get more money out of you.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO THEIR TAXES HERE WITH JACOB OR JOSEPHINE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN PLAY DUMB AND ACT LIKE THEY DOMT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. THEY ALSO MAKE UP FAKE EMAILS AND ACCOUNT JUST TO SCHEME YOU OUT YOUR MONEY REPORT!REPORT!REPORT!
