Not sure if they’re brothers or friends, but both men who attended to me were very kind and never once tried to sell me what I didn’t need. I went in for a battery on my iPhone 14. I was told it wouldn’t drastically improve its life span, and they never pressured me. In fact they were concerned it wouldn’t be significant enough to be worth the price. No upsell. I opted for it anyway. Gave me a free charging cable after my service. I can’t recommend highly enough
