Kenyetta did an outstanding job processing me as a walk in. Even through the technical issues with the computer system she was pleasant and polite.
Hailey and Naoki in the Newport News office are THE BEST!!! They really know what the service members need. They are the nicest people you'll ever meet and they will work hard for you.
