I did telehealth therapy through here for a while and found it very helpful! And then when I needed to switch to a new therapist due to an insurance change, I was promised a warm transfer and therapist recommendations – the transfer part of which had some hiccups due to policy issues. As of my editing this review my issues have been resolved, my only wish is that it could have been done so quicker.
