I opened a new account with Omni. I couldn't get my online profile set up due to a glitch with Omni's authentication process. I wasn't able to resolve the issue with my local branch. I made the drive to the White Pigeon branch. Christine Brandli, the manager and Mariah Wirick a personal advisor went above and beyond to help me. They got my profile set and gave me access to my accounts. You ladies are amazing! Great customer service. ❤️
