I know, several people who keep getting their cards replaced because someone is hacking into the systems. This place did NOT fix a mistake and screwed all my accounts up They don't want to take about,so i'm seeking legal action, attorney next week.
Their systems are currently down and today was arguably one of the most important days of my life and they STILL came through for us. My fiance and I were scheduled to close on our home today and needed a cashier's check for the title company. Since the systems were down, they weren't able to do any of that. Hannah, the Branch Manager, had the great idea to get us cash from our accounts and see if she could get a neighboring credit union to issue a cashier's check even though we aren't members- she made 5 calls and they all ... read more
The staff at Omni Community Credit Union helped me achieve my current financials goals by refinancing my vehicle and providing me with some holiday cash. Rates are really good and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is on point and they are very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me when other places would turn you away and for I am grateful. Also I rarely post anything especially reviews so please try them out. You won't be disappointed.
