This place is so underrated!! I love all things health and wellness and this is by far one of the best things I’ve have ever done for myself. I did the two hour special and received scalp massage, shirodhara and abhynga… it felt very authentic and that’s what I loved! I had a good experience at Omkar Ayurveda. I took Abhyanga and Shirodhara, and both treatments were relaxing and professionally done. The only thing I felt could be improved is keeping the oil warmer, as the cold weather made it cool down quickly. Overall, a calming and rejuvenating visit.
I was so much looking forward to going to Omkar Ayurvedic and meeting Nina for an amazing session of …in laymen’s terms… theurpeutic Ayurvedic oil massage complete with sweat session.. Nina was so accommodating… Letting you totally relax into your space or when you were inquisitive, answering all your questions about health, yoga, or whatever else ..Her knowledge was wide and so helpful!! I’m looking forward to going back and having a combination of her therapy that she offers.. Very highly recommended!
I am completely bowled over by the therapeutic massage that I received today. Nina went out of her way to address my issues and the medicated oil did wonders for my back pain.
