I had an amazing experience with Nina. She helped me loose weight and was available the entire time of my Panchkarma to answer any questions I had. Thanks to her I have been seamlessly able to modify my diet and restore my gut health. Sarita the massage therapist is magical. She is another level altogether. I am continuing with her massages and netra basti for my eyes.

Had 90 minutes Ayurvedic massage. The massage was great. Best part was steam in the end. Massage used Ayurvedic oil and steam helped sweat out all the toxins. Highly recommend it!
Sarita is a masterful Ayurvedic practitioner. The BEST treatments ever because she understands the body, has so much experience and works with where you are toward good health. Highly recommended.
One morning I woke up with a really stiff neck and back pain. Luckily, I connect with Nina Shah and she gave me immediate appointment for my massage. Sarita did my massage for hour and a half and it was a magic. My neck and my back pain was completely gone. This place is highly recommendable. They also have steam cabinet that is another magic equipment. I love this place. I will go again and again thank you Nina being so efficient and so professional love this place.
