After booking online, Nina reached out within an hour and stayed connected in the days leading up to my appointment. I appreciated her willingness to communicate via text. The shirodhara treatment was very relaxing. She started with a scalp, head and neck massage. Then a foot massage, before the shirodhara. I felt like I went to another dimension, a healing dimension. I feel lighter and plan to come back!

This place is so underrated!! I love all things health and wellness and this is by far one of the best things I’ve have ever done for myself. I did the two hour special and received scalp massage, shirodhara and abhynga… it felt very authentic and that’s what I loved! I am someone who suffers from lots of stress and anxiety and have to remind myself a lot to relax my body and unclench my jaw, etc… and I kept noticing I wasn’t doing any of those things during our session. I had a good experience at Omkar Ayurveda. I took Abhyanga and Shirodhara, and both treatments were relaxing and professionally done. The only thing I felt could be improved is keeping the oil warmer, as the cold weather made it cool down quickly. Overall, a calming and rejuvenating visit.

I was so much looking forward to going to Omkar Ayurvedic and meeting Nina for an amazing session of …in laymen’s terms… theurpeutic Ayurvedic oil massage complete with sweat session.. Nina was so accommodating… Letting you totally relax into your space or when you were inquisitive, answering all your questions about health, yoga, or whatever else ..Her knowledge was wide and so helpful!! I’m looking forward to going back and having a combination of her therapy that she offers.. Very highly recommended!
