Friendly Staff, Amazing Service- only the best experiences dealing with them!
I have been a customer with the Credit Union for 40 years, first with York Credit Union which was later taken over by Omista. Since this takeover I have seen a serious decline in the services with less user friendly hours and, most recently, repeated security issues concerning many different account holders using Debit Mastercards. The tellers at the counter are wonderful being very apologetic and understanding about frustrations. I have always been treated with respect, friendly courteous service and very helpful any time I'm there or on the phone with them.
