The miserable girl that served (and I use the word lightly) me today, Monday 9th March obviously would have rather have been anywhere else but at work. There was not another soul in the store and went I went to the counter there was no one there to serve me. Huge range of products over priced ridiculously, young girl at front counter looked like she hated every second of serving me, I asked if they had a basket so I could put all the things I was accumulating. She just looked at me like I was talking Swahili! Then with attitude points to the front door. I have no idea what’s happening…. I ended up spending over $100 when I really should have left. Great customer service
Usually not a complainer as I am and have been in retail and customer service for 40 years and don’t like to judge ….HOWEVER ….. the ( non existent ) customer service ( not ) delivered in this store was APPALLING … to say the least … we were the first( and only ) people to enter the store and the two mature women who seemed to be working there were on their phones at the front door where we entered …. Taking selfies etc of themselves and the store and could not of given two proverbial damns that we were in there or not …walk... read more
The store offers an impressive selection of stock and home goods, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. It wasn’t just me who felt this way, my sister who was with me also noticed that staff seemed more interested in chatting with one another than acknowledging or greeting customers as we walked in. Beyond that, the constant feeling of being watched in every aisle was uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome.
