Usually not a complainer as I am and have been in retail and customer service for 40 years and don’t like to judge ….HOWEVER ….. the ( non existent ) customer service ( not ) delivered in this store was APPALLING … to say the least … we were the first( and only ) people to enter the store and the two mature women who seemed to be working there were on their phones at the front door where we entered …. The store offers an impressive selection of stock and home goods, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. It wasn’t just me who felt this way, my sister who was with me also noticed that staff seemed more interested in chatting with one another than acknowledging or greeting customers as we walked in. Beyond that, the constant feeling of being watched in every aisle was uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcome. I went to the OMG shop and on there web site it said it was open and when I arrived there it was closed, not very happy OMG, If you are going to be closed don't say "we are open on the web site"
Disappointed in service at OMGosh Northpoint to loudly proclaim to a customer, who is half way down the aisle, we do not have back packs in this store. To embarrass and dress down when there was no clear signage on entry is disrespectful. Then to say to leave it at the counter when the counter is often left unattended means they do it have any regard for the customers backpack. The older women that served us on the 4th of April at around midday, treated me and my daughter with nothing but disrespect. She was extremely rude and made my daughter feel like she was worthless. This women should not be working here her customer service was an absolute joke.
