Rented full suit, shoes, tie etc for a wedding, as I left all those back in Europe. Filled out the sheet online and sent my measurements via email. Landed in Frankton, walked into the store, got everything I needed with perfect fit within the hour (Note: I’m a medium so perhaps there’s a wider range of clothes that fit me). The whole experience was seamless, and customer service on point. Honestly very satisfied; definitely deserves a good review.
We were disappointed with our experience with Nemo, we sent off suit measurements and requirements as demonstrated on their videos from Australia to them prior to our son’s wedding in Queenstown. We were told we would have a free quote and then an invoice indicating the cost, which we never received.
