As promised to OmegaSonics I always give reviews on products after a year of ownership. Last year we purchased an OMG-5022. After 1 full year of usage being on for approx 6-7 hours/day EVERYDAY it has not skipped a beat. The staff that work for Omega are professional and amazing . I judge a company by what happens after i send them payment and Omega is one of the few that stand by the customers side once an order is placed. I bought a new cleaner and it was a new product they were trying out. Was told the cleaner size and that it came with a lid and a basket. The cleaner showed up and looked great. BUT the basket was undersized and wasting around 6 inches of tank space. The basket would not hold the size parts that I need to clean. Total waste of money for me because I was promised something and never received the basket and lid. Knowledgeable and friendly customer service team. I am amazed at the cleaning ability of the ultrasonic cleaner. It’s FAST, clean, quiet, easy to operate, leaves parts super clean.
