Management appears to be poor – Went in to make a return. Three employees in the store. None knew how to make a return; must wait for manager to return from getting some dinner to process the return. Employees attempt to phone manager and to go find him. He eventually returns and seems annoyed that he was contacted. I told him he needed to empower his employees.
