I needed to refine my exercises as I have strengthened the most needed areas from our previous visits. I really appreciate the evidence based adjustments to improve my running and my life.
Had an appointment with Neely Newcomb LMT for TECAR/massage therapy. Neely listened to my concerns/aliment and we conversed through out the appointment to ensure I was getting the most out of the treatment. Nelly offered next steps of treatment and provided information to assist with recovery. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will be using these services again.

Head, shoulders, knees, and toes - Bri fixes it all! Her healing touch is nearly magical and she takes the time to teach patients how to continue their own self care to remain healthy. She has eased back spasms, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff pain, neck stiffness, and everything in between. I have complete trust in Bri's professionalism, abilities, and focus on patients.
After several hours in the dentist's chair, I was tense and achy. A massage with Neely soothed my jaw, dropped my shoulders, and eased my shin splints. I feel completely renewed and utterly grateful!
