I have been injured off and on playing sports my entire life and been to a dozen or so PT's. Most have great knowledge and ability to treat people or a strong "bedside" manner whose strength lies in understanding people. Cody is the first one I have ever met who possesses both! Not only do I see him but I would not trust my 7th grade daughter's knee injury to anyone else. Cody is uncommon among uncommon men!
My family members have all been treated at Omega project so I was already familiar with them and the awesome service they provide. I’m grateful that the schedule had availability so that I could be seen quickly. Kaitlin listened to my concerns, was kind, and set up a plan to help me. I highly recommend Omega Project.

I picked up a minor foot injury after a marathon. My podiatrist referred me to Omega. The experience was amazing. The doctors listened and I felt that they focused on helping me return to training. They are a cash based practice, so it requires slightly more investment up front, but it is great not dealing with insurance. Wonderful people, can't recommend enough. They fixed my gait and helped usher in a new era of training for me. Worth every penny.
I've had two excellent experiences at Omega Project PT. Michelle Smith (at Dupont Country Club location) literally saved me from some intense pinched nerve pain! I was in awful shape and after months of searching, Michelle was the only person to make a real difference. She's a master of myofascial release, plus very intuitive & friendly.
