I’ve now had help from Julie at omega twice to support clients with a secured loan solution when it looked like a traditional mortgage advance was not possible. Each time, Julie had been responsive, dealt with files proactively, and ultimately arrived at a situation where the clients have achieved what they needed to. Secured loans are not right for everyone and can be difficult to arrange. I have confidence that clients are in good hands with Julie and the team involved. Highly recommended.
Don't always expect a call back. Though be ready for excuses
I had a fantastic experience with Omega Group, especially with Shaun and Julie. They handled my mortgage with exceptional professionalism, patience and efficiency. They were quick to tackle the situation and provided the help I needed every step of the way. I highly recommend their services!
I would not recommend this company at all . The company gave me false Information that I could not obtain a loan from a company which I managed to obtain myself directly from the same back . Communication awful . There are lots of good commercial brokers but this is not one of them !! Since Putting this review on I have received two emails from Omega harrassing me to take this review off however I stand my this review as a honest reflection of my experience with them.
