Poor communication! I opened an account here recently to utilize direct deposit. I went in a few days later to deposit a check. The deposit was made, however, I was told AFTER depositing the check that there would be a 9 day hold. It would make sense to tell a client this before making the deposit. Quite frankly, it should have been disclosed whenever someone opens an account. I called the credit union on my way home and asked to speak with a manager.
