Extremely rude folks and if you ever experience it yourself (which I hope you avoid going there and being insulted) and decide to write a review, Mark the owner will insult and trash you for writing a negative review. Just avoid ruining your day and go to a bike ship that actually want your business.
My son turns 9 years old tomorrow. Me and my husband went to get some accessories for his BMX as a gift. They let one person inside at the time, my husband went in and I had to park. When I came to the door the wife of the owner of that store was extremely rude and disrespectful. Something very pleasant like shopping for my sons gift turned in to an argument since she refused to let me in and told me: "I have no idea who is your husband!" We love these guys! Excellent customer service also very knowledgeable and helpful. we came in to get my son's tire fixed and they took the time to "tune up " his bike after. Super great local business!
Suggestions on how to improve the customer experience or turn browsers into customers: welcome visitors to the shop, engage with them in a friendly way, offer your help and expertise, show them around and ask for their patience if needed. I've been to the shop twice- the first visit was unpleasant. I heard the employees speak poorly of customers and I couldn't find what I was looking for. Nobody welcomed me or offered help. Second visit wasn't any different. I don't feel the need to ever go back here.
Our family loves Omega Bicycle Shop! We have been loyal customers since 2005. Their customer service and bike mechanics are top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Family bike rides are all we look forward to now with the quarantine. I got a flat tire right before we were going to head out. I called Omega 10 min after they closed and they answered the phone and let come down to fix the flat. Top notch customer service during a tough time.
Wow! What can I say about Mark. The moment you meet this man you can feel his heart and passion for his skill and not only for his skill, but his understanding for those serving, have served, and their families. He truly is so wise in his trade! I just bought myself a bicycle and had no idea how to even pump a flat. He was so patient in showing me and we even shared a few laughs at my efforts prior to me calling Omega. I recommend this business 100% for any bike needs! 👍🏻😃🙌🏼❤️
Always takes great care of my step dad and his needs. His bike is his means of transportation and to feel independent, as Huntington’s takes over. Omega has always been kind, prompted, and knowledgeable with my dad’s electric bike. Question - do you offer gift cards?
