I've gone to the location in Dent. Grace has been amazing! She's very professional and very accommodating.
I booked a signature head spa and blowout with Zoë. It was a such a great service, she did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable. Plus my hair felt so incredibly soft and healthy afterwards. Definitely will be booking another service! Thanks Zoë!! 🤍

My first bad review. Absolutely terrible staff, and they charged my card $200 for an emergency cancel.
Zero stars is more appropriate .. Do not book an appt with this crooked business! My daughter had a head spa (which was a waste of money btw) . This company apparently saved her credit card without her consent (illegal).. then charged it BEFORE a subsequent scheduled visit that could not be fulfilled due to her illness.. she never signed a contract stating a cancellation penalty of the full amount of service.. they made an unauthorized charge on her card as she never explicitly agreed to the cancellation fee structure (illeg... read more
