Excellent every time
To start off I have a severe nut allergy and when I booked a headspa with Bre I told her right away. She and another staff member started looking through all the potential products that were going to be used. In that moment I felt seen and heard, and still do till this day. I have never had this happened before to where the staff actually took the time to look, they usually just say okay no nuts but don’t take into account what my outcome could be. Had a great experience with the Ultimate Japanese Head Spa service. Having trouble deciding which part was my favorite! Annabelle was very sweet and gave some good recommendations and a comfortable and relaxing appointment. All of the staff were sweet. I’ll be back!
Wowwwww, I want to return asap! I was gifted the Ultimate Japanese Scalp Spa treatment and it was the coolest and most luxurious spa experience I have ever had. Grace was wonderful (and thank you to Shylah for the nice welcome at the front desk) and I would absolutely book another service with her again. I had my appointment in the evening and would shoot for that time frame again...it was the most amazing way to end the day and it was also a very calm and quiet atmosphere. Enjoy!
I had the Japanese head spa treatment and let me tell you I had goose bumps for an hour straight! It was an amazing experience! Your service far exceeded any other Japanese Head spa treatment in the city that I’ve had. I wouldn’t even consider booking this service with any other place bc they do not do this service justice and it feels like a knockoff experience when you get the service from another salon. Not all Japanese Head Spas are created equal. I give Omega 20/10. I will def book with them in the future!
