Bre does a great job with the Japanese Head Spa thing. Hair is so soft

READ IF YOU HAVE FINE OR THIN HAIR The experience was relaxing, but there were a few reasons I won't be returning. My wet, matted hair was brushed through quickly at the end with no detangler, which caused severe breakage. I could hear and feel my hair breaking, and now I can see it, months later. I left with my hair still soaking wet and tangled. While I was offered a hair dryer and a used brush, it was so loud it disrupted the whole spa. I would give zero stars if I could. Beth and Ana (receptionist and service provider on 8/19 at 12pm) are very condescending, rude and gave the worst attitude I’ve received at any spa ever. I’ve been to a LOT of spas and have never been treated so poorly. My sister booked my appointment as a birthday gift and put in the notes that I have hair extensions. When Beth started my service, she said she can’t work with extensions and that it’s reiterated “at least 4 times during booking, including in the confirmation email.” I calle... read more
