Omayra took us as tax clients last year, willingly took on a tax issue that we had had from the previous CPA mistake, and failed to follow through even though we paid her an extra fee. She also dropped clients with no personal touch in connecting her previous clientele with reliable CPA's, both "recommendations" also not taking anymore clients.
