We hired Omar to expunge an old marijuana possession charge. We paid him 1K as requested. He then wanted an additional $500. That was 2 years ago. To this day he will not return calls. He never completed the work & the one time he did return a phone call he seemed to do it accidentally. As soon as he realized who was calling he said “oh I don’t have that case in front of me.
