Ordered a pedestal Broillmaster grill. Paid half up front waited a couple weeks they called setup installation date all good. Well when they came one of the installers had bad attitude not happy having a difficult removal of previous pedestal grill. Then install was incomplete no burner in box. No brickets, igniter was missing, no rubber piece for grip on handle missing, knobs missing. All supposedly missing out of brand new box from manufacturer. They've come back 3 times bringing missing items. Still waiting on handle grip... read more
I stopped by knowing which model of fireplace I wanted to purchase and confirmed my selection after seeing it in the showroom. Shared I was on a tight construction timeline. Was assured they could accommodate. Installer stopped by to assess, said quote would be quick. Never received. Called twice to follow up. Both times was promised a quote soon.
