Really wanted to sell a fireplace insert. I eventually bought one. Didn't tell me it did not have an ash collection system so need to clean it out after every fire. Worst part it has not worked right from day one. Lost an entire heating season with a blower that would not work regardless of what they told me. They came out 3 times to "fix it". Still not working. Waiting for one more "fix". No way will I ever go back to this store nor recommend them to anyone. Much better experience with a fireplace store in Speedway.
We are very happy with our new mendota gas fireplace. Parker did our installation and was excellent. Brad and Troy were also very helpful throughout the entire process.
From start to finish, Brad's team at O'Malia's has been wonderful. We had a large order... from the attention to detail in sales to the responsiveness of the service team, I have been impressed. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Brad Renner and his team! For what it's worth they get an A+
1/30/25 I agree with earlier negative reviews. At this time, I wouldn’t take a chance on doing business with O’Mailia’s; try another fireplace, patio furniture, grill seller, … store. There is too much to write about why I recommend try elsewhere
