My dad is retired OPD and has banked here forever. So when my son's father died and I needed to open a restricted account for his estate inheritance, he suggested I do so here. I went in on a Friday, late afternoon, bc when I called and asked, they told me it would only take 10-15min tops to open the account. Upon arriving well over 90 minutes before closing, I approached the counter and, after explaining what I needed, was totally snubbed by the woman working.
