I've been a member for over 50 years and I have always been treated with respect and professionally.
This place sucks.
When they valued their customers and produced low interest rates it was worth staying. But after 35 years, I’ve finally had enough. The incompetence is something else and then acting like it’s the users fault for having a fraudulent charge was just top notch. Taking all my money elsewhere.
