I had a really good experience here. I went in interested in sports recovery and did the lymphatic compression session with the pants followed by the jacket. Both were very relaxing and something I would definitely try again. I was thankful to be able to use ClassPass and after looking up the cost of these devices, the full price makes a lot of sense and feels reasonable. Chioma was kind and attentive. I walked in feeling heavy and tense and walked out feeling released, relaxed, and reset like my nervous system finally exhaled. The lymphatic drainage session was deeply soothing, intentional, and incredibly grounding. My body felt lighter, my mind was calm, and I could literally feel the stagnant energy move and clear. Highly recommend!!
