I have been coming to Om Yoga for 10 years and is by far the best yoga class I have ever attended. To be taught by a teacher who understands yoga through a lifetime of practice and not someone who has attended an online course, teaches us about the principles and lifestyle of the art. I have been with Om Yoga for over 10 years, which say a lot. Viv is an experienced, patient and genuinely lovely instructor. For me it’s the place I can truly de-stress while still getting a good work out and deep stretch at the same time. The class size is just right with friendly people of different ages.
