Been doing Pilates for 2 years now and this is the only place that properly focuses on form and breath work. It honestly makes the biggest difference !! Highly recommend
Om Wellness is a supportive environment with incredibly talented instructors. It is so welcoming for anyone trying Pilates for the first time.
I love my Pilates classes at Om Wellness, the staff are amazing, friendly, funny and caring. My regular class attendance and growing knowledge and respect for my muscles has strengthened my body to eliminate my shoulder and knee issues. Because of Om Wellness I feel strong physically, healthy in mine and body and most importantly safe to pop those longer hikes and adventures onto my calendar.
