Amazing experience, it allowed me to fully relax and synchronize my mind and body. I was easily able to achieve a meditative mind state by the inventive use of music, light and comfort provided. The consult beforehand/afterwards in was invaluable. I felt more much more centered and relaxed after the session. I would strongly recommend trying and adding this to your regular self-care/healing routine.
I have had the opportunity to attend the Om Shanti Harmonic Egg. It has been a wonderful tool in my tool belt to assist in my energy levels, healing and recovery from some physical ailments. It’s hard to describe but if you are a person who is “sensitive” to “energy” then I encourage you to give it a try. It’s an experience that is wholly unique to each individual.

You are immersed within an environment with no distractions while the sounds of relaxation takes you away from all your everyday stressors. You come out feeling totally refreshed and the stress and pressures of everyday life just melts away. I felt like I was floating in the clouds. So glad I had the opportunity to experience this! Highly recommend you try this for yourself!
My experience with the Harmonic Egg has been nothing but awww- spectacular! I curiously completed my first session and it was shortly there after I felt the effects of Joy and an inner calmness - I hadn’t felt in quite sometime. Dealing with complex issues really does take its toll on the body (mind, spirit, physical, emotional) and having this as a modality to support healing and health has been like my secret weapon! I will be continuing to use the harmonic egg for a very long time
