Poor logistics service inproper answers from customer service taking the advantage of the monopoly in the market

I would like to update my previous review to reflect that OM Produce has resolved the issue and compensated me for the damages to my yard. Originally, one of their drivers, Lazaro Vejar, drove onto my yard and caused significant damage. At first, it was very frustrating and disappointing. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with OM Produce and their complete lack of accountability. One of their drivers, Lazaro Vejar, drove onto my yard and caused significant damage. Very bad experience lot off wait time. When we come place online orders or walk-in they take same time to pull the order. Plan to stay atleast for 30 to 45 mins wait time.
