STAY AWAY FROM OM MOVING. Disrespectful customer service along with missing and damaged items. We had scheduled packing on a Thursday and moved on a Friday. We did not select the unpacking services with OM, so it took us until the following Thursday (6 days later) to have all of the boxes for a family of four unpacked and broken down. I wish a button that said "NO stats" existed! Our family is active duty military. Since my spouse is a disabled veteran and I am a military member, it is challenging for us to move around. Our three-child family's cross-country trip was delayed when our movers canceled on the day they were supposed to arrive. At first, everything looked to be going smoothly. Unprofessional and dishonest team. Even after I paid their fake 15% tip in cash, they charged me an additional $100 tip on my credit card. informed me that a 15% gratuity was required; however, I believe that tips are arbitrary and not justified in cases where you are not happy with the service. seriously harmed the freshly painted and remodeled walls and doors in my new house. Even after more than a month, some of my possessions were still missing, even though my stuff were expected to arrive in a week. I asked about the lost items and the delay, but I received evasive explanations and no concrete answers. It was frustrating because there was no responsibility. I had to pay for the replacement of a number of crucial components. Customers' belongings are handled carelessly and with unreliability by this service

Extremely careless packing was done; fragile things were not adequately secured, and boxes were not appropriately labeled. Many of my possessions were ruined as a result of their carelessness when I obtained them. They also chose a damp storage facility, and some of my belongings smelled musty. The entire procedure seemed hurried and negligent. I would never again entrust my possessions to them. A total letdown
