The worst company ever. My mom that is sick was picked up 12:30 it is now 8:26 she’s still not here. They do not care her stop was first and they left her for last. I called them and the lady on the phone was brushing me off. 8 hours on a 4 hour trip ? Delta express would never. They are very responsible. Sent to get my mom and son with omega because delta had no space. Do not ride with them there is a reason why they charge 5 dollars less.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to use Omega Transportation Company, and I must say that it was one of the worst transportation experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, everything about this company was disappointing and on top of everything the Owner Name :Milagros is super rude with a disgusting attitude, she hangs up the phone. Her mouth is nasty, they have no office where you can go and speak personally. So I believe thats why she talk to people how ever she feels like. Oh and im also reporting them ... read more

This is the worst service you can find. Do not use this transportation service. They force you to place ur bags in the back and then when they lose ur bag they don’t take responsibility for ur bag. The owner cleaned her hands and placed it on the driver leaving us to deal with the driver not the company.
