We have had two rides with this company. Both times it was a nightmare. The drivers are carrying and attentive but the dispatchers are clueless and unprofessional and so is their supervisor Julie. The first day the transport was late and they were making a stop somewhere else to assist another driver while caring a cancer patient in pain in route for the treatment. Rude, disrespectful, garbage company!
They come quickly and are polite. The dispatchers are good and always call to confirm before each trip.
The staff is very polite, and the ambulette is on time and comes quickly for return trips. They always call to confirm the trips. So far, everything has been great. We’ll continue using this company.
An amazing company, the service superb, on time without any delay. Especially thanks to the great drivers Konstantin and Evgenii I took a ride with on stretchers to my MRI appointment! Can't thank enough!
