I thank Lisa for being the best at what she does. I’m grateful that our patients get the fullest transportation needs that they deserve and Olympic made a great decision in hiring Lisa. I’d give 6 stars simply for Lisa and her hard work. Lisa always calls to confirm trips with patients and is extremely nice and helpful. Im glad that I have the opportunity to work with this company and our patients are very satisfied with them.
Lisa is the greatest worker at Olympic transportation and should get a raise. She always gets the job done. Extremely helpful person and will always listen to your problems and help you find a solution. Everyone should be like Lisa and be a competent person who knows how to get things done.
We have had two rides with this company. Both times it was a nightmare. The drivers are carrying and attentive but the dispatchers are clueless and unprofessional and so is their supervisor Julie. The first day the transport was late and they were making a stop somewhere else to assist another driver while caring a cancer patient in pain in route for the treatment. They come quickly and are polite. The dispatchers are good and always call to confirm before each trip.
