The staff from the front desk to the rear are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. The location is very convenient for my commute as well.
My son had a referral for an evaluation for his hips. Before they even evaluated him, viewed his X-rays or had a diagnosis of what they were treating, they recommended 40 sessions, at a whopping $7k. They wanted payment that day or wanted us to sign a payment agreement, we kindly declined. Turns out he has hip dysplasia, and physical therapy won’t correct or help it. If you go here, I recommend getting a second option before signing their agreement.
This team is great! From the front desk, to all the therapists who worked with me. Helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Even moving from one therapist to the next, no drop off in my care plan. Terrific team.
The team at OSS were so great to work with! Kelly was not only an amazing PT, but the cheerleader I really needed to get through those times I felt discouraged during the long shoulder surgery recovery journey.
