Was referred here by my doctor. When I called to make my first appointment I was forced to schedule several appointments ahead at that time. I work two jobs, and have a child in two sports, but i did my best to schedule 6 appointments before telling them I couldn’t commit to further scheduling. Upon arriving for my first appointment, I was handed a sheet of paper that had a full three months worth of appointments on it, made for me, without any of my consultation. I love coming here for my physical therapy. Everybody is so nice and courteous.
I love coming here for my physical therapy. Everybody is so nice and courteous.
Nice on the phone but only want to treat a limited set of therapy patients. I would call around and look for a more qualified PT /OT option. Based on my conversation and refusal of treatment for my 15 year old son. Luckily I found a local place and they were shocked at the refusal of care.
