I ordered two (2)pcs. propeller to Finland. First, the ordering took more than one month to even the propllers was sent. For shipping, they took me 300 Usd. They didn't send the props for me, for instead the propellers manufacturer sended those, as "Freight collect". Now I have to pay 2 times the shipping! Edit: Now they have confirmed, that it was their mistake and I got my money back. So, afterall, this case took many hours to solve and still I have to solve this money exchange with Finnish customer. As most boaters, I didn't need a prop shop until I had a collision with an object that was tougher than my prop. My incident was a submerged log that spun the hub. The timing of this incident was the issue, as I absolutely had to have my boat on the water the next day. My first time here. This is a great business!! Mike verified that I had selected the right zincs. He is VERY customer focused. The price was much better than I anticipated. We have a commercial boat, and I plan on taking all my prop and zinc need to Olympic Propeller in the future. Anyone on Whidbey or Anacortes should go there for their boat needs. Gary
Ordered a prop with “free shipping” went through the order processes and paid. I received an email the next business day stating that shipping is not free to Alaska, fine no problem as I deal with this some times. Asked them to cancel the order, only to find out they charged me a 5% cancellation fee. Called them to get this resolved nothing that can be done. Very shady business practice if you ask me.
