Two of my children had their senior photos taken by Olympic Studio. Both kids felt very confident during their photo session and that was all thanks to the photographer. They loved their pictures and that is all that matters to me. The price is right and the time waiting for the pictures was worth it 100%. I highly recommend Olympic Studio.
I have made multiple attempts via phone, email, and social media to communicate with Olympic Photography Studios regarding my portraits I have purchased and have not received (5 months) . I think this is poor customer service not to return phone calls or emails to a customer that has paid and want the promised product. At minimum, I expected the portraits to be mailed if the office is closed due to COVID-19 related reasons.
