I spent $37 to get ONE photo from Farm Days 2026 and the photo I received was without a frame and part of the photo had a huge, noticable glare but they sent it to me anyways. Almost $40 for a photo that looks like it was printed from a cheap printer. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement. I paid $6 for shipping and it came in a thin, flat, see through envelope, set on top of a piece of cardboard... Not sure what’s going on there lately. I got both of my kids school photos back, 2 different schools, and they are both very dark with a lot of shadows on their faces. It seems like the lighting wasn’t set up properly.

Poor customer service and false advertising of pricing.
Have worked with them for years and they have always done a great job with our school photography. Highly recommend.
