Worst experience I’ve ever had for any sport photos and offensive on a truly personal level. I understand taking photos of ten year old boys is not an easily organized task. However, hustling them through a cattle shoot style line, with zero direction, and administering a “it’s the first two shots we take” policy is a little ridiculous. I spent $37 to get ONE photo from Farm Days 2026 and the photo I received was without a frame and part of the photo had a huge, noticable glare but they sent it to me anyways. Almost $40 for a photo that looks like it was printed from a cheap printer. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement. I paid $6 for shipping and it came in a thin, flat, see through envelope, set on top of a piece of cardboard... Not sure what’s going on there lately. I got both of my kids school photos back, 2 different schools, and they are both very dark with a lot of shadows on their faces. It seems like the lighting wasn’t set up properly.
