I recently used Olympic Moving to move all stuffs from my home in McKinney to the other one in Prosper, and I have to say these guys did a great job overall. Chase was great to work with the planning, scheduling, and then on the moving day his crew consisting of Orlando, Scott, Pedro, and Anthony did a great job as well - they were really hardworking, professional, yet same time had a great attitude. We were so extremely impressed by the team; they were efficient and took amazing care of our belongings and home. Highly recommend!
Overall the move wasn't too bad. However, they get 1 star for going back on their word. They moved me into my house in July 2024. A large piece of glass that goes on top of my desk did not make it to the house - it just vanished. I contacted them, they followed up with their drivers and they told me they would cover a new piece of glass - GREAT! Or at least so I thought. I called and emailed these people for months, only got the runaround and eventually they just started ghosting me. As far as I'm concerned these guys can go... read more
