Larry Backstrom, owner and chief designer at Olympic Food Equipment is one of the nicest, most authentic people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my work as a photographer for Google. Food equipment is the minor side of his business, where he really excels is as a restaurant designer, having designed not only most of the casino restaurants in Washington but a large number of well known upscale operations as well.
