Walked into the store today to buy some new running shoes. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. I get it, people are busy. But when I myself said “hey, how’s it going?” I was blatantly ignored. This isn’t my first terrible experience here, but it will be my last

I walked in there browsing the shoes and one of the shoes said it was a retro pair, while I was trying to figure out which retro it was, one of the people that work there walked up to me and asked if he could help me, I asked him which Retro it was and he said he didn’t know off the top of his head, he then asked me if I want to try on the shoe anyways, like I would actually buy something that I even know what it is. I thought that was unprofessional and I said no and left the store
It is December 23rd 2018 my sister invited us to massena to go to lunch and walk around to do some last minute shopping. my husband myself and my 2 children 2.5 and 14 months. we walked the whole mall and not bothered once. we walk into olympia sports and are looking around had some decent deals ( cheaper at shoe dept) even with the sales but we were followed around as if we were under servallience i mean usually we are because we have some pretty cute kids but on this day it was as if we were going to be stealing something.... read more
