Used this station nearly every week when I didn't have a car, the staff is super friendly and there's plenty of places to sit down and kill time. My only real complaint is that the late night coverage for busses out of the station can be a little shoddy, so definitely get a ride or uber if you are arriving past 9:30pm
Train is great but in the day I was gone to Seattle, someone siphoned all the gas from my car. Beware of the parking lot.
“Volunteers” can be really nice or really really grumpy.
