The owner is a sweet woman who keeps prices low for local children and low-income people to enjoy a treat. Sometimes the open sign is on, but the door is locked. Just knock; it's her way of controlling how many people are inside:)
Customer before me walked in normal, left with a pepsi and a smile. The second I step foot in the place the Gentlemen outside comes in and acts as if I'm on Winnipegs most wanted list. 0 / 10. Never have I ever felt so judged so quick. Worst part is that was my second time there. First time was exactly the same.
