Great staff across the board. Just a bit ticked off that I can’t deposit a check online for more than $500 and don’t find this out until you have already endorsed the check and submitted photos of front and back. It would be nice to put the limits on the first page of check deposit option. Kinda defeats the purpose of having an app for convenience when I now have to go into to the branch on Monday (it’s Friday night).

Very supportive of Yelm community especially Yelm Dollars for Scholars. Thank you. Oh and their service is great and products are very competitive. We use Oly for YDFS Charity financial services, our own personal financial services and a personal construction loan. We helped our Builder become an initial Oly Fed qualified builder in Yelm, when Oly first opened their Yelm office. All interactions were of highest quality and friendly service.

I needed to open a second account but wasn't sure what type. They were very kind and patient when answering my pretty simplistic questions. They didn't talk down to me or get snarky when explaining the different levels of accounts. I felt like a person, not Customer #6837thankyounextplease. Their app is super slick too. I can see both accounts from one portal.
