Applied for a basic checking account online. Never heard back. Called a week later to follow up and they said my application was flagged because of identity/credit report issues?? I have stellar credit and just got a mortgage two weeks before applying. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't heard back.
I have had the greatest experience w/ this bank...The people are so great...They hav been so helpful... My needs heve never been made to feel unimportant neglected or pushed aside, quite a difference from my last bank... Thank you all for making me so comfortable w/ where my money is at and how we have been handled... You are an awesome bunch!!!
