A very pleasant experience. Quite busy for a Friday evening. Rob dealt with my needs quickly and was very courteous. Good jobs folks.
Used to be a happy customer of Northern Bicycle. When they closed they recommended Olympia. Went there to book an appointment for a spring tuneup. Was very clear that my bike is a tricycle. Was even told to bring it in the day of the appointment as they didn’t have the room to keep it overnight if I dropped it off the day before. Arrived as they opened. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff
I visited this shop earlier today, and I have to say that my experience was wonderful. The staff were very helpful—they not only assisted me in finding what I was looking for but also gave me a couple of useful tips on where I can learn how to maintain my bike in good condition. I found everything I was looking for and even a little bit more.
