I had some problems with my bike and Olympia Cycle and ski got everything working again.fast and efficient.I highly recommend them.
Took my bike in for service. Associate was friendly and took a few minutes to tell me things looked good. On pickup time, another associate gave me information on a new bike when I asked. Service was exemplary.
I cannot recommend Olympia Cycle & Ski enough!! Some context: Recently I have been trying to upgrade from my crusty old Liv Giant (and a type of Liv model they don't even make anymore) and was having a hard time finding a bike in the city due to my proportions and my shorter than average height. Other bike stores told me to just get a smaller frame (which made things worse) or try a kids bike....lol :( I decided to check out Olympia as they had a few Salsa bikes in stock and I am sooo glad I did.
