Very helpful staff! Went for replacement parts, which a different shoppe said "were no longer available" as my "bike was too old". Olympia dtaff didn't flinch and found parts very quickly. Cost for equipment was good. The lock, however, was way more than I expected; a sign with the range of prices would've been helpful to eliminate 'sticker shock'.
Exceptional service, every employee I've encountered there is knowledgeable and friendly. Good product selection and all the service I need for my bike and skis. Great to have in the neighborhood.
