I called this shop to talk about my families bikes. I asked a few questions and the guy said he was in the middle of something and just hang the phone up. Very very rude!! Everyone talks highly of this place what a disappointment!!! Will go elsewhere to shop for a new bike.
Horrible customer service and the manager was rude and disrespectful to the other employee that was working in front of a proximately seven customers!!!
Wanted help with my bike - called and arranged to come in - planned to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. Assistant was helping other customers when I arrived - didn't acknowledge me when I got there, even though he wad outside with clients. Whatever, so I waited. When he came out again, he told me not to smoke outside his shop, and to please leave. Fine, I will, and I won't bother going back.
