Je pensais avoir déjà vu du mauvais service, mais cette entreprise a redéfini le concept. C’est difficile d’imaginer un niveau d’incompétence aussi spectaculaire. On parle ici d’un endroit où le non-service est la norme, où l’on te fait sentir qu’exister est déjà trop leur demander. Aucun accueil, aucune explication, aucun effort. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. SAVE YOURSESLF $, TIME AND ENERGY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO RENT A CAR FROM. HOST CANCELLED ON ME LAST MINUTE FOR NO REASON AFTER A LONG FLIGHT AND AS SOON I ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE KEYS HE CANCELLED THE TRIP SAYING I AM LATE WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!

Garbage company. Booked through Turo. 2 weeks later, they cancelled saying that the car must be booked for 2 days minimum which was not specified in the original listing (which is why I managed to book it for a day in the first place).

Rented a Tesla Model 3 2023 and the experience was flawless. Would definitely rent again !
