Bought over $25,000 worth of appliances in 2022 and spent over $2,000 on extended warranties. I live 45 miles from Vestal office. Sales reassured me they would support any warranties. 3 months after purchase, I had an issue with stove. Olums refused to send a service guy. I ended up having to fix myself. Now the GE Cafe refrigerator has issues. The extended warranty company can’t find a service person. I’m stuck. I asked Olum to return the funds for the warranty with no response.
