I retained Joe for Bk services, and he was amazing. He was completely transparent throughout the entire process. He worked with me on the payment process, and even checked in with me to make sure that I understood everything. I would absolutely recommend his services
I am with the 1 star person. I tried to reach out to him for questions regarding my chapter 13 case. He never responded back, even though he said he would call back at the end of the day. I don’t know if that inconsiderate or just arrogant. I will never recommend him to anyone. Yes he was nice at the first visit, after that he never communicated again.
