Everything seemed to be going fine until he became unresponsive about our case. After I was finished paying, I kept following up about the next steps on one part of it, and he dodged emails and phone calls and voicemail over the course of two months. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but in the end, it's unprofessional at BEST.
